We recommend tanning 2 days before an event.

For brides, we recommend 2 days before your wedding to ensure all excess bronzer is washed off to avoid transfer onto your wedding dress.

If you are going on vacation, we recommend the day before you leave so it lasts as long as possible!

This depends on several factors including your skin type, physical activity and aftercare. Your tan should last minimum of 5 days, and has the potential to last as long as two weeks. To increase the longevity of your tan, we highly recommend A paraben-free moisturizer.

Prolonged swimming or time in a jacuzzi may cause a tan to fade faster.

 
The cosmetic brown color you see when airbrush tanning solution is first applied to the skin is a temporary water soluble brown tint. This will wash away in the first shower.  After that your tan is set and you do not need to worry about your tan "bleeding" into pool water.

To lessen tan fade from swimming, limit swimming sessions to shorter ones of 15 minutes or so, rather then a long soak. Pat skin dry upon exiting, rather then “rubbing”. A freshly applied sunless tan, applied to well exfoliated skin, will fade less then an older tan of a few days or more, or one applied to poorly exfoliated skin.

 We have created a sugar-based solution to prevent any orange undertones. Other solutions on the market are derived from beet or beta-carotene (carrot extracts) creating an orange undertone and a funny scent. Our solution is unscented and will give you a golden-brown colour. In addition, our airbrush technicians are highly qualified and trained to avoid any streaks or unevenness. 

 Yes, we customize the solution based on your unique skin tone, and the shade of tan you desire. We will contour and highlight your natural lines, creating a slimming effect. 

 Absolutely not. Our Solution doesn’t have an unpleasant after scent. You can go back to work without being smelly. 

 It’s best to wear dark loose clothing, and thongs to your appointment. There is a cosmetic bronzer in the solution and it can rub off on clothing. It washes out of most materials, but it’s better to be on the safe side. 

 Women please feel free to wear whatever your comfortable in during your appointment (as little as you please), you can wear underwear, a disposable thong or go nude. Just keep unwanted tan lines in mind. (We have disposable thongs as well). Men, we ask that you wear boxers, briefs or swim trunks during your appointment. 

 Avoid showering or sweating for 6-8 hours after your appointment. After every shower, moisturize with a paraben-free moisturizer. Keeping moisturized will not only extend the longevity of your tan, but your tan will also fade evenly. 

 First, congrats on your pregnancy! Our organic solution is safe for moms-to-be and nursing mamas, however we always recommend checking with your doctor.  

We recommend using an exfoliating mit and soap. 

Yes. Permanent jewelry or jewelry you do not want to remove is OK to tan with.
